The progress of the Renters Reform Bill remains slow with no dates set for implementation of the same, however the best guess is that all new tenancies as of October 24 will be affected by the bill.

There have been some amendments tabled some rejected some accepted, however we don’t know the full details of the same at the moment in time, however I thought it would be useful to remind you all of the key points of the bill. I have also included some guidance on contacting your local MP.
