Boydens’ Renters’ Rights Act Training Day
Keeping One Step Ahead: Boydens’ Renters’ Rights Act Training Day
With the Renters’ Rights Act introducing some of the most significant changes the private rented sector has seen in decades, preparation has never been more important.
This week, Boydens took the proactive step of bringing all relevant staff out of the office for a full day of dedicated training focused on the Renters’ Rights Act and the changes due to come into force in May this year.
The training covered the practical and legal implications of the new legislation, including tenancy reform, possession changes, compliance requirements, and what landlords and tenants should expect as the new framework is introduced. The aim was to ensure our teams are fully informed, confident, and ready to provide clear, accurate advice from day one.
The training was carried out by Paul Buck, who delivered a detailed and practical overview of the legislation, drawing on real-world experience to help the team understand how the changes will work in practice. The day encouraged open discussion, questions, and scenario-based learning, ensuring the information translates directly into day-to-day client support.
At Boydens, we believe investing in our people is essential. By prioritising education and preparation, we ensure our landlords, tenants, and clients benefit from advice that is not only compliant, but practical and forward-thinking.
As the sector continues to evolve, our commitment remains the same: to stay ahead of change and support our clients with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
