Today I woke at an ungodly hour to take a five hour drive (the joys of electric cars!!) up north for our quarterly Agent Rainmaker meeting. I do this every quarter as it is important that I continue to professionally development myself so that I am able to develop those in the teams that I manage.

So whilst sitting in the services waiting for my car to charge, I wanted to take a moment to dive into a topic close to my heart: the absolute game-changer that is staff training in the estate agency world.
