Angela Jeffery Branch Manager

M.A.R.L.A & M.N.A.E.A

Angela is the Branch Manager for Sudbury and moved to the town in 1979 and attended school there. She has worked in the area for a number of years (her children also attended local schools) and so she has an excellent knowledge of the Sudbury area - if you need to know about which areas to live in, schools, doctors or bus services, Angela can tell you! She has worked for Boydens since 2004, becoming Sudbury Branch Manager in 2009. Angela is in charge of sales, lettings and property management for the branch. She attends valuations, taking time to explain everything very clearly to our clients so that they feel reassured and fully understand the process. Angela is ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) qualified and is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)

Emma Slater Sales Manager

Emma was born in Sudbury and has settled her own family in the town so has extensive knowledge as an established member of the community. She is able to provide valuable assistance when clients are looking for advice on services and facilities, and has a great deal of experience of market and local trends. Emma is vastly experienced, having begun her career in estate agency in 1991 as a Sales Negotiator and progressing to become Branch Manager, prior to starting a family in 1996 and returning to the same company in 2001. She subsequently took the branch to award winning levels and was responsible for three branches. Emma's role is to run an effective sales operation in the Sudbury branch, through from canvassing and prospecting for new business, conducting valuations, listing new instructions, marketing, viewings and securing sales and monitoring the sales progression process through to completion, whilst maintaining vendor and applicant care and contact. Emma is also the Sudbury branch contact for our premium property service 'Superior Homes by Boydens'. Emma is careful to empathise and understand the individual needs and requirements of the client and seeks to reduce the associated stresses involved with the buying and selling process by way of explaining matters with clarity and honesty and staying in regular contact. Emma has worked for Boydens since November 2014.

Alison Sparkes Office Administrator

Alison is the Office Administrator for the Sudbury Branch; her role includes responding to emails, answering the telephone and assisting clients that come into branch with her excellent customer service skills. Alison also goes on routine inspections and organises advertisements with the press. Alison has lived in Sudbury all her life and is very familiar with the area, this is her first time working in an Estate Agency.
