Roman joined Boydens as a Property Manager in August 2025. Having spent his life in Colchester, he combines local knowledge with strong organisational skills and attention to detail gained through his career as a barristers’ clerk in London. Before that, he spent three months in New York teaching tennis to young children as part of Camp America. Roman also attended Needham Market Football College, where he developed teamwork and leadership skills both on and off the pitch. After two years in the legal sector, he travelled across Asia for four months, gaining valuable perspective and adaptability. He is now excited to apply his skills locally, supporting clients and contributing to the community he knows so well. Outside of work, Roman enjoys listening to music, playing football, and helping with local sports coaching whenever he can.
