Having grown up surrounded by the business, Philip has a deep understanding of the local property market and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients. His leadership has helped modernise the Boydens brand and strengthen its customer-first approach, culminating in national recognition at the 2024 Negotiator Awards, where Boydens was named Medium-Sized Letting Agency of the Year.
Philip continues to oversee all key areas of the business, including strategic development, marketing, and operational delivery across Essex and Suffolk. He is passionate about creating a progressive and collaborative working culture and ensuring that Boydens remains one of the most trusted names in property.
Outside of work, Philip enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and exploring the Essex coast.
