Paul is Boydens’ Director of Sales & Lettings, as well as the company’s Deputy Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer and a qualified Mental Health First Aider. Alongside overseeing the performance and development of our sales and lettings teams, Paul plays a key role in reviewing and developing new revenue opportunities while continually looking for ways to enhance the overall Boydens customer experience.

A passionate advocate for professional development within the property industry, Paul regularly delivers training sessions for Boydens staff to ensure the team remains ahead of the many regulatory and market changes affecting the sector. He is also an experienced public speaker and has appeared on industry podcasts, spoken at major agency training events, and presented at professional development sessions across the industry.

Paul is responsible for ensuring that all Boydens staff remain fully trained and compliant with the evolving legislation that governs the property market. He joined Boydens in 2015 and has worked in the property industry since 2000. Paul gained his Propertymark ARLA qualification in 2001 and his Propertymark NAEA qualification in 2013.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys pursuing his passion for motorcycles.
