Patricia is responsible for the day to day running of the Maintenance Department, dealing with queries, arranging repairs, dealing with insurance claims, instructing contractors and passing their invoices for payment and covering for the Manager of the department in his absence.

Patricia has lived in Colchester since 1987 and started working at Boydens in 2000, having previously lived in London. Patricia is a keen Football fan supporting Arsenal FC and loves going to live music venues.
