The main purpose Oliver's role is to support the team of Property Managers with any of their tasks around their properties, ranging from calling suppliers, organising letters and updating the administration on our system. Oliver is one of the first points of contact for our clients, answering any related queries over the phone or email before finding a solution or getting messages passed on to help with any relevant developments to our property managers.
Having previously worked in recruitment, customer service is one of Oliver's strengths. Oliver grew up around Colchester having lived in nearby Tiptree and studied Business at the Colchester Institute. During his time in his previous position, he worked with a range of clients based around the Colchester area and would attend client meetings, talk with candidates around the Colchester area and maintain a high levels of customer service.
Outside of work, Oliver works with a local amateur dramatics charity (KYDS), helping to direct shows, assist with backstage management and develop the kids that spend their time there to help them develop their talent. He has worked with them for over 3 years.
