As Lettings Negotiator Nathan is responsible for letting properties on behalf of our Colchester Landlords, finding the best possible tenants and letting properties quickly. Keeping tenants and landlords informed throughout the process is key to making sure the lettings process runs smoothly and this is something Nathan prides himself on.

Having previously worked as a Sales/Lettings Manager in Colchester, Nathan is experienced in overseeing the day to day processes in both fields. He has handled every step of a move in from start to finish and so is well-versed in the multiple steps behind the move in process. Nathan has completed GDPR training, anti-money laundering and general estate agency certificates. Nathan lives just outside Tiptree and so is extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Nathan is a keen footballer and has played to a high academy standard for teams including Tottenham Hotspur and Ipswich Town.
