Lauren joined Boydens in 2021 as an apprentice in our busy Colchester Sales Department and has since progressed by successfully completing her studies and becoming a fully-fledged Sales Negotiator.

After completing her apprenticeship she was nominated with 2 others by Property Mark to be a finalist out of all of the apprentices across the UK for ‘Academic excellence: Apprentice of the Year- PMQ Awards 2023 ’. Each year they honour the learners that score the highest marks in their examinations after completing a Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship following an End Point Assessment conducted by Propertymark Qualifications.

Within her first year she also received ‘New Staff Member of the Year 2021’ being voted by her colleagues form Boydens.

Lauren's commitment to self-improvement led her to earn her ABBE Level 3 certification for Estate and Lettings Agents through diligent study and perseverance. Beyond her accomplishments in real estate, she brings creativity from her Degree in Performing Arts to her current role, enhancing property video tours and being creative.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her godson, Thomas, finding happiness in the simple moments they share together.
