Caitlyn is one of the first points of contact when clients contact us regarding any questions or issues with the Blocks we manage. Having moved to Colchester from Devon, Caitlyn has worked previously in a Customer Service role and so has a great deal of experience in problem solving and ensuring consistent communication with clients.

Outside work, Caitlyn has two cats and has taken up hobbies to grow her creative side, including crochet and embroidery. She also enjoys playing video games.
