As Lettings Negotiator Beth is responsible for letting properties on behalf of our Coastal Landlords, finding the best possible tenants and letting properties quickly. Communication being key with both landlords and tenants and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Also organising the practical elements of the holiday lettings business, being involved with owners and guests and administration of bookings, is something Beth takes pride in.

Beth began her career with Boydens as as Branch Coordinator before being promoted to Lettings Negotiator in 2020. She has lived in the area for 5 years and has grown her knowledge of the area over this time. Beth really enjoys the variety of her work - each day is different and it is vital to have positive relationships with landlords and Holiday Let owners.

Beth grew up on the family farm in the Stour Valley area, and enjoys horse riding, musical theatre and family time.
