Ben’s role is to assist the Head of Leasehold & Estate Management in the running of the department and training of the team, ensuring standards in our agreement are consistently met and exceeded. In addition to this role, Ben has a full portfolio of his own to manage.

Ben is a believer in clear, honest communication - not making promises he cannot keep and certainly not making them outside of our control.

Barring a few years growing up in the Netherlands and University, Ben has spent his entire life in Colchester. Having spent the majority of his life in the local area Ben is confident that this allows him to integrate well into a well trusted, family-run business that is well thought of in the local community.

Ben has spent the last 10 years of his life working in the property industry, both lettings and leasehold management. In lettings he held ARLA membership with the NFOPP Level 3 in Property Management and expect to complete the equivalent in leasehold management in the future. Having spent time in both parts of the industry is a valuable asset to both our clients and the company where they meet.

In his spare time, Ben has a young family and enjoys spending time on days out and holidays, camping and on their canal boat.
