Boydens has been acting as my managing agent for my residential properties which I let out in Sudbury for the past 10 years. I became a landlord through inheriting a house which needed to be renovated and then rented out. I was therefore new to renting and, after hearing horror stories of renting gone wrong I was worried about how to avoid the numerous pitfalls.
