Office Opening Hours

Our Leasehold & Estate Management Team are on hand to help you Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Please feel free to give us a call on 01206 762244, selecting Option 3. We are available to see you face to face at our Head Office in Colchester. We would ask that you telephone first to ensure your designated Property Manager will be in the office as they are often out on site.

Out of Hours

We appreciate that repairs and maintenance emergencies do not only occur during office hours. Accordingly we have put in place agreements with core contractors who work out-of-hours and will attend your site to tackle communal repair emergencies. If there is a communal noticeboard at your site, you can always check this for an up-to-date list of emergency contacts specific to your block.

Please note the contractors will only deal with communal repair issues. If the problem is with an individual property the cost for the repair will probably be the responsibility of the owner of the property. The cost of any such repair will be billed to the owner accordingly as per the terms of the legal documentation (the lease or TP1) governing the site.

For problems with your lift, please check the lift carriage for details of the appropriate maintenance firm.

*If your problem is with an overflowing inspection cover or something similar on external communal grounds, it may be best trying the utility company you pay your water bills to (such as Anglian Water) in the first instance as they may rectify the fault without charge to the site.
